I am a personal coach based in London, England, and have an international coaching practice, with clients in a number of countries including the US, Canada, UK and mainland Europe. I coach via Zoom and in person in London.
My background is in professional services and accountancy, and includes ten years as a management consultant at Deloitte, and senior management and finance roles in government and the National Health Service.
I trained with the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) in their Co-Active coaching programme and with Robbins Madanes Training in Strategic Intervention Coaching.
I have a deep understanding of the corporate world and of the demands, pressures, stresses and expectations of a high achieving career that is outwardly successful but doesn’t necessarily result in feelings of happiness and fulfilment.
I have a creative coaching style and incorporate elements such as creative visualisation into my coaching. I also incorporate elements from the world of acting, and do scene study acting classes at Anthony Meindl’s Actors Workshop (AMAW).
I have particular interests in positive psychology, meditation, self awareness and spiritual development and incorporate many elements from these fields into my coaching practice.
